Summary: This book is about Paleo Lifestyle, that is to say, living in harmony with the way nature designed us. It is written to be an easily accessible handbook with important guidance on how to put the Paleo Lifestyle into practice.

Inevitably, the way we eat dominates: it is in this regard that we are at our most dysfunctional. So the Paleo Diet figures prominently in this work.

However, other aspects of lifestyle are important too. If we do not get into harmony with these also, then it is impossible to achieve optimum health, weight-loss and fitness.

Based on our evolutionary past, our bodies – and our mentalities – assume that we will have certain behaviors and if they are missing, then things go wrong.
